In the end I used the 32 bit version and was able to print my plans and other PDF’s that were not printing in Adobe Reader. I changed them all and now it seems to be working. I think that was the next version of Office, but I heard pdf support was pulled. In reply to willkamps’s post on September 13, I have gone pribter each report and checked them. We have had the same issue as stated above by liltinner We have found a work around by going to the PDF printer and printing a test page.

Bluebeam has a setting in it’s Administrator tool to turn off the prompt for file name option.

How satisfied are you with this reply? Hi, I tried Bluebeam back at Revit 7 or so, and found that among about 5 pdf writers including PinebrushBluebeam consistently made the largest files by some margin.

Thanks, but the above suggestion doesn’t work with BlueBeam. If you want the default printer to be the main printer, make sure this is uncheck on all reports. When the “Prompt for filename” option is turned off, the file is directed to MyDocuments.
